Similarly, when acne and pimple breakouts are caused in the skin, we basically go for outer treatment and not even try to know whatβs inside our body.
These are all knowingly or unknowingly the cause of impure blood flow in
our body and we need its purification regularly.
Due to the bumped toxins, the blood which transports oxygen, hormones, vitamins, minerals and other vital nutrients to the organs of the body gets impure and is not able to function efficiently.
The bumps if not smoothened proactively can give rise to disorders.
According to Ayurveda, the rise of toxic blood give rise to pitta dosha ( heat in the body ).
Our bodyβs intelligence gives signs of impure blood in the form of various skin problems. It can be itching, allergy, rashes, pimples, hives, eczema, or psoriasis.
Excessive hair loss, headaches, appetite loss, feeling restless and sleepy, dark yellow urine, excessive menstrual bleeding or other bleeding disorders, and burning sensations, all mean that you have impurities in your blood.
Since the blood is connected to all your body tissues and organs, it can lead to severe diseases like heart disease, blood cancer, Alzheimerβs, diabetes, pcod/pcos, kidney disease, obesity, blood pressure and others.

Negative emotions are the major causes like jealousy, sadness, anger, anxiety and stress. Yoga can help with this.
Indulging in acidic foods like chips, biscuits, chocolates, fried foods, and too many salty and spicy foods.
The wrong combination of foods like adding milk and salt or milk and chapati, your blood becomes toxic.

The first and the obvious step is to reduce the toxic overloaded . This can be done by eliminating the casual factors as much as possible. Fasting once in a 15 days is a major break through.
β€ Have 4-5 fresh neem leaves on an empty stomach for just five days and one hour before breakfast. Neem trees are almost present in every locality and are the best purifiers of blood. Even every market blood purifiers have neem in them. Prefer Fresh and new leaves.
β€ Ayurvedic syrup can help. Have 3tbsp of mahamanjishthadi kwath, 3tbsp of khadiraristhta and 6tbsp of water together for great and amazing results. One bottle each is enough and very much effective.
